Hilda L. Hebberd, MSN, BSN, RN, brings extensive nursing experience to her role as Clinical Review Analyst. She focuses on maintaining clinical excellence, and verifies that survey findings are accurate and compliant to QUAD A’s rigorous standards and processes. Her responsibilities include reviewing facility correction plans and monitoring regulatory compliance in survey documentation. As part of the clinical team, Hilda addresses facility and public inquiries about guidelines and interpretations.
With a career spanning various nursing roles, including Chief Nursing Officer in a Critical Access Hospital since 2011, Hilda is deeply involved in quality improvement and regulatory readiness. She holds a strong academic background with both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Nursing Science.
