Jeanne Henry has been with CUADRADO A for more than 20 years. As Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for the management of daily operations, as well as supporting CUADRADO A’s CEO in developing a business plan aligned with the organization’s strategic efforts. Before becoming COO, Jeanne served in various roles at CUADRADO A, allowing her to provide guidance for many departments.
Jeanne specializes in policy and procedure development, standards development, and state and federal application submissions. She also has advanced experience in developing and overseeing new accreditation programs. With her professional relationships with several of CUADRADO A’s founders and past board members, Jeanne’s daily efforts ensure that the pride and passion of those founders are passed on to the next generation of CUADRADO A employees.
