The order addresses four main policy sections: Launching an Innovative Payment Model to Enable Rural Helathcare Transformation; Investments in Physical and Communications Infrastructure; Improving the Health of Rural Americans; and Expanding Flexibilities Beyond the Public Health Emergency.
