QUAD A is extremely pleased to announce that it has earned continued recognition and accreditation by the ISQua External Evaluation Association (IEEA) through August 2024. Known as the “accreditor of accreditors”, ISQua External Evaluation Association (IEEA) accreditation of our standards includes a self-assessment, external survey and requires evidence of continuous quality improvement. QUAD A underwent a rigorous independent third-party assessment process to validate existing systems that drive continuous quality improvement. Such accreditation and recognition demonstrates our credibility and benchmarks our exemplary performance on an international level.
QUAD A has held ISQua External Evaluation Association (IEEA) standards accreditation since August 2015, which provides evidence to ministries of health, patients and health providers that the facilities using the QUAD A standards meet international requirements. ISQua’s mission is to inspire, promote and support continuous improvement in the safety and quality of health care worldwide. ISQua features a network that spans 70 countries and six continents.
