Accreditation Specialist

Sami is on a mission: to help healthcare facilities rise to their highest potential. She manages the accreditation process, guiding facilities through each step with precision. She collects the right materials, connects the dots between the team and the surveyors, and ensures that improvements are not just pledged, but implemented—no shortcuts, just results.

Her background in Public Health (B.A. from the University of Iowa, and currently pursuing an MPH at Illinois State University) isn’t just academic—it’s a driving force behind her passion for better healthcare. Sami knows that accreditation is more than paperwork; it’s about raising the bar for patient care, and that’s where she thrives.

Before QUAD A, Sami honed her skills at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics as a Clinic Service Specialist, and at Mid-Illinois Hematology and Oncology Associates as an Insurance Coordinator. It’s these real-world experiences that shape her approach today—one focused on clarity, impact, and quality.

At her core, Sami believes public health and accreditation are inseparable. She’s not here to follow the status quo. She’s here to elevate it—because better accreditation means better care for patients. And that’s what drives her every day at QUAD A.
