Nicole Zeman

Survey Analyst

Nicole Zeman (we call her Niki) is a survey analyst at QUAD A, ensuring all non-Medicare surveys are reviewed for accuracy. She also responds to questions from our surveyors and the facilities QUAD A serves. 

Niki brings more than 34 years of patient safety experience to her role at QUAD A. She is a Post Anesthesia Care Nurse with a deep understanding of both pre-op and post-op care. 

“I have always been involved in the importance of patient safety,” explained Niki. “Moving to an organization like Quad A made perfect sense to use my years of experience in perianesthesia nursing to help improve patient safety on a larger scale.”

When she isn’t obsessing about patient safety, Niki harbors a passion for making sterling silver jewelry, with more than 17 years of metalsmith experience.
