Administrative Assistant

Mikaela serves as the indispensable backbone of QUAD A in her role as Administrative Assistant. With her commitment to excellence, Mikaela plays a pivotal role in representing our organization. Her responsibilities include a wide range of tasks, including email correspondence, phone inquiries, and processing financial transactions. Additionally, Mikaela provides invaluable support in processing surveyor evaluations and assisting across various specialties as needed. Her exceptional attitude and hands-on approach make her a valuable asset to our team, positioning her for future growth within the company.

Prior to joining QUAD A, Mikaela honed her skills in social services and public health. She served as a Case Manager at a youth emergency shelter and obtained experience at the Indiana Department of Child Services. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mikaela demonstrated her dedication to patient health by serving as a contact tracer for the Indiana Department of Health, contributing to disease mitigation efforts. With a background in Sociology, Mikaela’s genuine care for people drives her continuous efforts to deliver exceptional service. Inspired by Maya Angelou’s timeless wisdom, Mikaela embodies the ethos of continuous improvement, always striving to do her best and make a positive impact.
