Accreditation Specialist

Mikaela serves as an integral member of QUAD A, helping facilities navigate the complexities of Medicare accreditation with clarity and confidence. Specializing in Ambulatory Surgical Centers, Rural Health Clinics, and Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinics, she is a steady partner from the first application to the final survey process. Her approach is practical, thoughtful, and rooted in a commitment to excellence.
Mikaela’s journey began in social services and public health, where she learned the art of balancing precision with empathy. As a Case Manager at a youth emergency shelter and with the Indiana Department of Child Services, she tackled challenges head-on. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she brought those same skills to the Indiana Department of Health, focusing on disease mitigation in high-need environments like group homes and long-term care facilities.
Her foundation—a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology—fuels her drive to serve others. Inspired by Maya Angelou’s wisdom, “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better,” Mikaela approaches every task with a mindset of growth and purpose.
At QUAD A, Mikaela handles everything from surveyor evaluations to client support with focus and precision.
