Michon Mayfield

Director of Business Development

Michon Mayfield brings 25 years of ambulatory accreditation experience to her role as Director of Business Development for QUAD A. 

She considers it an honor to have been such an integral part of ensuring patient safety. She continues to promote the expansion of accreditation to provide the best care possible. 

In fact, she considers her role as an advocate for patient safety, actively aiding in quality improvement objectives.  

She ensures that QUAD A staff members know their roles, so those objectives are readily met. 

“My favorite saying is, ‘Accreditation is a team sport,’” said Michon. 

She is the proud mother of six children and five grandchildren, with one more on the way.
