Lisa Lynn Siebert, RN

Lisa started her medical career in the California Central Valley at a children’s hospital in 1997. After relocating to her hometown east of Sacramento in 2001, she worked for a large integrated health system in the Trauma Neuro Intensive Care Unit, until her retirement in 2016. She was concurrently working as the Compliance Officer and Operating Room Manager, at a busy plastic surgery practice from 2008 until her retirement from private practice in 2019.

While performing her duties as the Compliance Officer, she traveled to Orlando, Florida in 2017 to participate in the surveyor accreditation training and certification for CMS and non-CMS Ambulatory Surgical Centers and Office Based Practices offered by QUADA. Following, in 2019, she attended the QUADA training and certification for accreditation of CMS Rural Health Facilities, Oral Maxillofacial, and Pediatric Dentistry, in Chicago, Illinois. She has been performing Medicare and non-Medicare accreditation surveys for QUADA since that time, primarily in the Western United States. She has performed well over 350 surveys during her tenure with QUADA. Lisa is also participating in her second term as a member of the Investigations Team.

Lisa is a member of A.O.R.N, maintains her CCRN specialty certification, and TNCC certification.

She has four daughters and as this goes to press, is awaiting her eighth grandchild. Her hobbies include travel, gardening, and cooking. She also has two beloved dogs and a great interest and participation in several animal rescue organizations.
