Why work for QUAD A
Since 1980, QUAD A (a non-profit, physician-founded global accreditation organization) has worked with thousands of healthcare facilities to standardize and improve the quality of health care they provide – believing that patient safety should always come first.
After completing an extensive rebranding effort in response to our continued growth in the U.S. and abroad, we have chosen to change the organization’s name from (AAAASF) to QUAD A, along with an updated brand identity and expanded online presence. While our name has changed, our commitment to patient safety remains the same.
Our Surveyors
QUAD A surveyors have a wide background in various healthcare settings who play a crucial role in the organization’s accreditation process. Their responsibilities include onsite evaluation of healthcare facilities to ensure they meet established standards of quality and safety. This review process gives QUAD A national and international recognition as the global accreditation authority. Through regular training, they maintain surveyor certification and obtain current information critical to performing high-quality surveys.
QUAD A surveyors ensure thorough and consistent evaluations of facilities by employing a comprehensive approach that includes direct observations, conducting interviews with both staff and patients and assessing compliance with each standard. This methodology allows them to accurately determine whether each facility meets the necessary requirements.
