As Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for the management of daily operations, as well as supporting <strong>QUAD A<\/strong>\u2019s CEO in developing a business plan aligned with the organization\u2019s strategic efforts. Before becoming COO, Jeanne served in various roles at <strong>QUAD A<\/strong>, allowing her to provide guidance for many departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeanne specializes in policy and procedure development, standards development, and state and federal application submissions. She also has advanced experience in developing and overseeing new accreditation programs.
