Patricia Chmielewski

Title Survey Analyst

 Patricia Chmielewski brings vast experience to her role as a Title Survey Analyst at QUAD A. 

With more than 23 years of experience as a registered nurse in acute care and another 15 providing oversight accreditation oversight for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services(CMS), Patricia brings unique insight into patient safety. 

That experience has made her an expert in interpreting accreditation standards, responding to facility issues, and providing surveyor education. 

Patricia earned her Master of Science in Nursing Administration and has a host of honors, including the CMS Administrator’s Achievement Award and the CMS Administrator’s Special Award in Teamwork for Oversight of Accrediting Organization Team.

“Quality of care, patient safety, patient advocacy, and continuous improvement are areas I am passionate about. Working at QUAD A provides opportunities to have an impact in these areas,” said the Baltimore native. 

Patricia and her husband are the parents of three children and just welcomed their first grandchild to their family in August 2022. She enjoys spending her downtime at the beach, practicing yoga, and playing with her dog, Sophie.
