Director of Gulf Cooperation Council

Muhammad Muddrick Anwar serves as the point of contact between QUAD A and the Gulf Cooperation Council. He works to improve and amplify QUAD A’s profile in the GCC using relevant research and academic input.

Muhammad also identifies opportunities for improvement in the accreditation process within the GCC using feedback from local partners.

He is a veteran healthcare executive specializing in balancing strategy with financial discipline to increase employee, patient, and physician satisfaction in the accreditation process. Muhammad’s expertise in organizational planning, contract negotiations, and team development is underpinned by years of developing and managing healthcare projects in Dubai.

Muhammad has a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy, an MBA, a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior, and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Patient Safety.

He is passionate about cosmology, metaphysics, psychology, and health sciences.
