This award is given to QUAD A surveyors who have served actively for a minimum of ten years and who have demonstrated a commitment to our mission of patient safety and a desire to enhance the accreditation and survey process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Schnur had the following to say about this honor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAbout the time I retired from active practice, QUAD A gained deemed status from Medicare. Since I had more time, I started doing more surveys. I have thoroughly enjoyed the past 20 years participating as an active surveyor for QUAD A. It has been my pleasure to work with the very knowledgeable and helpful outstanding QUAD A staff. I have had many memorable times performing surveys across the West and Southwest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is with sadness that I retire from doing surveys for QUAD A. I am proud, pleased, and honored to accept the Surveyor Distinguished Service Award. I will always treasure it.
