QUAD A is <\/span>extremely<\/span> pleased to announc<\/span>e that it has earned <\/span>continued recognition and <\/span>accreditation by the ISQua External Evaluation Association (IEEA)<\/span> through August 2024. <\/span> <\/span>K<\/span>nown as the \u201caccreditor of accreditors\u201d<\/span>, ISQua External Evaluation Association (IEEA)<\/span> accreditation of our standards<\/span> <\/span>includes <\/span>a self-assessment, external survey and requires <\/span>evidence of <\/span>continuous quality improvement.<\/span>  <\/span>QUAD A underwent<\/span> a<\/span> rigorous<\/span> independent third-party assessment process to validate existing systems <\/span>that<\/span> drive continuous quality improvement. <\/span>Such accreditation and recognition<\/span> <\/span>demonstrate<\/span>s<\/span> <\/span>our<\/span> credibility and benchmark<\/span>s<\/span> <\/span>our<\/span> <\/span>exemplary <\/span>performance on an international level. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

 <\/span>QUAD A has held ISQua External Evaluation Association (IEEA)<\/span> standards accreditation since August 2015<\/span>, which <\/span>provides evidence to ministries of health, patients and health providers that the facilities using the QUAD A standards meet international requirements. <\/span>ISQua\u2019s<\/span> mission is to inspire, promote and support continuous improvement in the safety and quality of health care worldwide. <\/span>ISQua<\/span> features a net<\/span>work that spans <\/span>7<\/span>0 countries and six<\/span> <\/span>continents.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
