As an Accreditation Specialist, your role demands meticulous attention to detail, exceptional listening skills, effective collaboration, and strong leadership abilities. QUAD A is fortunate to have Dorothy Markowski, an Accreditation Specialist who embodies these qualities and more.

Prior to joining QUAD A, Dorothy spent 23 years in the beauty industry, holding various managerial positions. Her last 17 years were marked by her roles as Director of Education, Assistant General Manager, and Owner of a full-service salon and spa. Dorothy's entrepreneurial background honed her ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and delegate effectively, which now enables her to thrive as an accreditation specialist. With her meticulous attention to detail, she expertly guides facilities towards accreditation, prioritizing patient safety through stringent standards while adding the final touches to projects and managing business agendas. Dorothy’s passion for her field ensures each project is completed to the highest standards of excellence.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Dorothy is actively pursuing a Business degree and generously dedicates her free time to volunteering with Feed My Starving Children in Libertyville, IL. Her unwavering commitment to living life to the fullest reflects her work ethic and philosophy, encapsulated in her own words, "Live your life to the fullest, stay humble and honest, so that one day, when it's time to go, you'll leave with no regrets."
