On 6/05/23, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published a final rule which ends the requirements related to Staff Vaccination for all provider types, effective on 8/05/23. Based on information in this Final Rule, CMS will not be enforcing the staff vaccination provisions between 6/05/23 and 8/04/23. Therefore, effective immediately, QUAD A will no longer assess compliance with the vaccine standards during the survey process. We recommend keeping all vaccination-related information on file and up to date.
At QUAD A, our goal is to be your go-to provider for accreditation – always striving to be an effective, efficient, and easy-to-work-with partner that values education, reliability, and communication.
