CMS has revised its article, “New and Expanded Flexibilities for Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) During the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE)”. Revisions include: additional claims submission and processing instructions; information on cost-sharing related to COVID-19 testing; additional information on telehealth flexibilities; and information on provider-based RHCs exemption to the RHC payment limit.
