Ellen Cha

Survey Scheduler 

Ellen Cha has four years of experience at QUAD A as a Survey Scheduler. She serves as a liaison between surveyors and clients, ensuring those two parties complete all necessary tasks in the time frame required. 

When clients have questions, they can count on Ellen to answer them in a timely and professional manner. She also serves as an idea generator, providing effective insight into better ways to serve clients through the scheduling process. 

Ellen holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and is married with two children. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and traveling. 

Though she enjoys her hobbies, Ellen believes it’s important to love your work, citing a Steve Jobs quote as her inspiration.
